Additional Information:
This is a really nice four valve EEb sousaphone! It is in great shape with only minor dents and dings.  It has quite a bit of patina so it is difficult to tell just how much of the silver is intact.  You can see points throughout the body where the silver has been worn away but we estimate that a good majority of the silver is likely still intact.  We did polish up around the engraving to make it easier to read.  That area shined up really nicely with a quick hand polish.  This instrument has been sitting for quite some time and could use some clean up. The bell tightening screws are all missing and not included.  The fourth valve needs an adjustment to get back into good working condition.  It does work but needs to be manually moved back up after you depress it.  Just using the first three valves the horn plays great with a beautiful sound!  Once the proper adjustments have happened this should be an outstanding little four valve sousaphone!

Good playing condition but the fourth valve needs a light adjustment as it does not want to come all the way back up after being depressed.  The other three valves work well and the horn plays very well with the first three valves.
The Finish:
It has approximately 80-85% of the patina finish
It has approximately 70-75% of the gold wash bell finish

One or more of the valves are not functioning properly and the tuning slides are loose
Valve Information:
The first valve top cap is likely a replacement.  The finger button for the first valve is also a replacement.  The fourth valve will work but does need an adjustment as it has a slight catch when it tries to come back up and will need an adjustment. The other three valves work well and are a little noisy.

Incomplete Return:
The item will be inspected upon return and if any original parts or pieces are missing you will be contacted to send the missing items back.  If you are unable to return the missing item/part, you forfeit the refund.  All partial items that have been returned will also be forfeited and will be the property of Musical Instrument City.

Damage during Outbound Shipping:
In the unfortunate chance your item is damaged, the following procedure must be followed exactly in order to process a refund. Failure to comply with the following procedures constitutes a violation of the return policy and therefore a refund will not be given. Please contact us immediately. Save everything, including the box, packing materials, and shipping label. Without the original box and packing materials, a claim cannot be made, and a refund will not be issued. Take a full set of pictures so the damage can be assessed. Don’t send anything back yet until we contact our insurance company.  We will tell you when you may ship the item back.  Please see instructions for return shipping below. If it is determined that the item was damaged in shipping, we will send you a return shipping label via eBay Messages.  Refunds will not be issued for merchandise, which has been damaged while in your possession.

Damage during Return Shipping:
The item will be inspected upon return and if the item is damaged during return shipping, we will contact you so you can file an insurance claim.  Because you are the shipper, we cannot initiate a claim.  Depending upon how much damage was sustained you may only get a partial refund or no refund due to the damage.
